Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has shared his aspiration of becoming the president of Nigeria with his followers on the social media platform, Twitter.
Yul Edochie has hinted on contesting for the presidency and also becoming the best Nigerian President.
Reacting to a tweet in which a follower pushed him to contest for the presidential seat for being outspoken, Yul stated that if he is supported the way youths support BBNaija housemates, he will surely become Nigeria’s next president.
He added that he will unite the country and also appoint credible men and women for public offices. Yul tweeted;
“If Nigerian youths will realise the power they have & support me the way they support BBNaija housemates I’ll surely become Nigeria’s next President & best President ever.
I’ll unite this country & appoint credible men & women to work with irrespective of tribe or religion.”
A couple of days ago, the thespian stated on social media that Nigeria has been cursed; he mentioned that they were cursed by the White people otherwise known as the Colonial masters.
Here is what he said;
“Oyibo people! They structured it in such a way that it will never work. So we’ll keep misunderstanding and fighting each other; making little progress and depending on them for everything. Same thing they did in many other African countries. Africa needs to wake up.”
He became highly famous in 2007 after starring in a blockbuster movie “Wind of Glory” starring Genevieve Nnaji.
Interestingly, Yul is currently one of the richest and most influential actors in Nigeria.
