Photos: How Africans in America dressed to go watch the movie Black Panther
Nothing in the world has ever brought Africans together than Marvel’s game-changing, superhero all-black movie, Black Panther, which has been described by Marvel as the “best ever movie” in history.
The Black Panther, which was released in the cinemas this month is a Box Office smasher and it’s beautiful how a movie can bring everyone together in such a way that people just feel so connected all at once.
Black people all over the world, even those who have never been to Africa, have come to identify with the movie Black Panther and are being so extraordinary about it.
African cinema-goers in America turned out to view the recently released American superhero film dressed in African attires from head to toe.
Some were seen with clothes made out of Ankara material, kente, batakari, or dashikis, others had on rich African beads and pieces of jewelry, while some even went as far as wearing tribal body paints.
Have you seen the Black Panther? If not, you should!
