Speaking with the Vanguard on his new movie Divorce Not Allowed, the actor turned producer said he was constantly worried about the continious crash of marriages and urged couples to fight for their marriages instead of resolving to breakups.

In his own words:

“In a world that continues to witness breakups, divorce and unhappy marriages, one of the reasons is because people have stopped fighting for their marriages. Marriages continue to crash because many people give up easily on their marriages. People have stopped fighting for their marriages and when you fail to fight for what you believe, you have lost the fight already. That’s because you didn’t make the effort.
I made the movie Divorce Not Allowed because i want people to start fighting for their marriages again in order for us to have a better world.” – Mike Ezuruonye.
