Daddy Olu Jacobs and Mummy Joke Silva are without a doubt one of the oldest celebrated couples in Nigerian movie industry colloquially called ‘Nollywood‘. The gorgeous couple who walked down the aisle in 1981 are still dearly in love/intimacy and waxing strong in their marriage.

It is totally relatable that no one wants to see their spouse kissing another person, even in a make-believe world of acting. That is the case with Olu Jacobs, whose wife revealed he does not like to see her kissing other men in movies.

In a recent interview, veteran actress Joke Silva said her husband and fellow actor, Olu Jacobs is uncomfortable watching her in a kissing scene.

In her own words:

“In the very early years of Nollywood,” she says, “there was a film I featured in titled The Golden Cage. My love interest in that film was Yomi Layinka. We have a kissing scene in that movie and my husband was the associate director on the film.” – Joke Silva
