Nigerian actor Mike Godson to feature in Indian movies that tell Africa stories As reported yesterday, ZeeWorld, a top Bollywood filmmaker has signed on Nigerian actor Mike Godson for their upcoming projects. The actor who broke the news to fans few hours ago said he will be featuring in top Bollywood movies produced by Zee World TV. And now, according to inside sources, Zee World is working round the clock to break boundaries and make history at the Nigerian box office. The company is set to sign more Nollywood actors this year as they look to delve into African-themed stories.

South African actress Shoki Mokgapa commits suicide over clinical depression and anxiety South African actress Shoki Mokgapa has died at the age of 34 after a long battle with clinical depression. Her management on Thursday afternoon confirmed that she took her own life. “After a long struggle with clinical depression she took her life on Tuesday 25th of September at the age of 34. She was a brave woman who had been seeking help but the disease proved to be stronger than she was,” read part of the statement. Plane crashes in South Sudan; kills 17 At least 17 people died in South Sudan on Sunday when a small aircraft carrying passengers from Juba International Airport to the city of Yirol crashed, State information Minister Taban Abel told Reuters. “The plane crashed and killed 17 people and we have three survivors,” Abel told Reuters by phone from Yirol.
